Complaint Letter to Contractor about Delays (CT)

You can use this letter template if a contractor agrees to carry out work and fails to complete the work by the agreed upon deadline.

You should give the contractor a reasonable period to complete the work. If they still fail to complete the work within the timeframe set forth in this letter, you will have stronger grounds for hiring another contractor to complete the work and for pursuing a claim against the contractor.
