Parking spaces can be a valuable source of income in some areas. However, if not rented with a proper agreement in place, they can lead to big headaches. It's important to have a thorough agreement in place to protect both parties and avoid misunderstandings.

It can be customized for either a set rental term or a month-to-month rental. It includes necessary information such as rent amount, rent due date, length of agreement, termination details, and security information. We've also included an amendment template as an easy way to add or remove specific vehicles permitted to park in the space without redoing the entire agreement.

Use this agreement to rent a single parking space, or multiple spaces at the same street address. If you're renting parking spaces at different addresses, use separate agreements for each address.
