Smoke-Free Workplace Policy (WA)

Employers with one or more employees must provide a workplace free from recognized hazards under the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). This Smoke-Free Workplace Policy lays out the rules for smoking, designates smoking areas if applicable, and includes provisions for signage, reporting violations, and enforcement. This policy can also be customized for applicable state/local requirements.
