Pet Trust Amendment for Schedule A (PA)

If you have set up a pet trust using our "Pet Trust" document, it may be necessary to update it to include new pets. You can use this to amend the "Schedule A" so that any pets you did not originally name in the trust can benefit from it. This may be necessary if you acquired a pet after signing the trust.

This amendment does not allow you to change any provisions of the trust except for the identity of the pets who will benefit. It is important that you review the trust as a whole to be sure it is consistent with your wishes in light of the new pets you are adding. If you wish to make any other changes, you should consider amending your trust, or creating a new one.
