Janitorial Services Agreement (NM)

Use this agreement when retaining a provider of janitorial services on an independent contractor basis. It is intended that this agreement be used by (i) tenants where the landlord is not responsible for cleaning the tenant areas or (ii) property owners that are only arranging for a portion of the building to be cleaned. Our Building Cleaning Agreement should be used instead if you are entering into an agreement to clean an entire facility.

This agreement allows you to clearly set out (i) the areas to be cleaned and the frequency of cleaning, (ii) invoicing and payment terms, along with (iii) any special janitorial services that might be provided, such as stripping and waxing floors. It is suitable for use whether the services are provided on a one time basis, or on a regular ongoing basis.
